American Property Association Management (APAM) works with builders, Declarants, HOA boards and individual HOA members in the Carolinas to connect homeowners with HOA software to help manage their accounts with us in a manner that is firm, fair and consistent. APAM and its affiliates (“APAM”, “PayHOA”, “us”, “our” or “we”) respect your privacy and are committed to providing a transparent notice of our privacy practices. APAM respects the privacy and security of the personal information that we collect about you. • To provide payment information to your HOA; and

• SMS consent will not be shared with any third party and affiliate for marketing, nor will any phone numbers for SMS purposes
